Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new prospects to expand the clientele base through effective networking.
- Sales Maximization: Promote and sell products that align with customer needs, leveraging available resources.
- Client Engagement: Maintain and enhance relationships with existing clients, ensuring satisfaction with our products and services.
- Transaction Management: Oversee the booking and monitoring of transactions to ensure accuracy.
- Data Integrity: Accurately capture and maintain customer details.
- Inspection: Conduct inspections related to insurance matters.
- Record Keeping: Maintain comprehensive sales records and provide reports as needed.
- Issue Resolution: Identify and escalate operational issues as they arise.
Requirements
- Education: HND/Bachelor’s Degree.
- Experience: Previous experience in marketing or sales is an advantage.
- Certification: Completion of NYSC.
- Age: 26 years or older.
- Skills: Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, relationship management, and business writing skills.
- Career Focus: Interest in building a career in sales.
Remuneration
- Fixed Pay: N50,000 monthly stipend.
- Variable Pay: Up to N250,000.
