The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of bringing clients into the tech industry, possess excellent computer skills, and demonstrate proficiency in sales and social media management. The role involves managing client relationships, staying updated with tech trends, and being tech-oriented. Innovation, technical experience, and strong critical thinking skills are essential.
Key Responsibilities as a Sales Executive / Digital Marketer
- Digital Marketing Strategies: Develop and implement effective strategies to attract and retain clients.
- Client Targeting: Identify and target potential clients in the tech industry.
- Graphic Design: Utilize tools like Canva to create engaging marketing materials.
- Client Management: Manage and maintain client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and engagement.
- Internal Control: Ensure all marketing activities align with company policies.
- Tech Trends: Stay updated with the latest tech trends and integrate them into marketing strategies.
- Innovation: Develop new approaches to enhance the company’s market presence.
- Market Research: Conduct research to identify new opportunities and trends in the tech industry.
- Data Analysis: Analyze marketing data and metrics to measure the success of campaigns and strategies.
- Technical Support: Provide technical support and expertise to clients and internal teams as needed.
- Critical Thinking: Think critically to solve problems and improve processes.
Qualifications
- Educational Background: B.Sc / HND, or equivalent in Marketing, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related fields.
- Experience: Proven experience in Digital Marketing and sales, preferably in the tech industry.
- Skills: Proficiency in basic computer skills and graphic design tools.
- Client Management: Strong client management and relationship-building skills.
- HR Understanding: Experience in human resources and understanding of HR practices.
- Tech Trends: Up-to-date with the latest tech trends and advancements.
- Innovation: Tech-oriented with a passion for innovation.
- Technical Experience: Relevant technical experience.
- Critical Thinking: Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Communication: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
