Job Title: Digital Marketing and Training Manager

Location: Abuja

Employment Type: Full-time, Onsite

Salary: N250,000 – N300,000 monthly

What You’ll Do

As our Digital Marketing & Training Manager, you will be the driving force behind our digital marketing efforts and team training programs. Your role will be diverse and exciting, covering both strategic planning and hands-on execution.

Team Training

  • Automation Training: Kickstart our team’s journey in automation tools like PowerApps and Power Automate. Your enthusiasm for these tools will be infectious, inspiring the team to embrace and master them.
  • Engaging Content Creation: Design interactive and captivating experiences for our graduate program web pages and email campaigns.
  • Project Management: Use Trello to manage projects efficiently. You’ll be a self-starter who thrives without needing constant supervision.
  • Multitasking: Handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, always meeting deadlines with ease.
  • Strategic Execution: Engage with various platforms to execute our overall marketing strategy, ensuring seamless integration and impactful outcomes.
  • Campaign Management: Lead and manage marketing email and event campaigns, from conception to execution.
  • Critical Analysis: Analyze campaigns critically, continuously improving our web and email content for better results.
  • Campaign Oversight: Oversee the deployment and performance of email and marketing campaigns, reporting on outcomes, documenting processes, creating templates, and conducting A/B testing.

Web Page Management

  • Optimization: Enhance our web pages to maximize conversion rates and improve user experience.
  • Data Analysis: Use Google Analytics to track performance, conduct A/B testing, and implement improvements.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with our Web Manager and external agencies to ensure templates are designed effectively, align with our brand, and function flawlessly.

Strategic, Hands-On Digital Marketing Training

  • Curriculum Delivery: Within just two weeks, you’ll deliver a comprehensive training program covering essential digital marketing concepts, helping your team become skilled digital marketing specialists.
  • On-Site Training: Provide in-depth, hands-on training in our Lagos office, covering value propositions, marketing research, audience segmentation, branding, marketing objectives, KPIs, customer journeys, marketing funnels, and more.

Digital Marketing Strategy

  • Channel Management: Oversee our digital marketing channels, develop data strategies, and create compelling content strategies.
  • Social Media and Advertising: Manage organic social media efforts, digital advertising, and automation, including paid search, social media advertising, and retargeting.
  • CRM and Automation: Implement and optimize customer relationship management and marketing automation strategies, ensuring efficient and effective communication with our audience.

What We’re Looking For

We’re searching for someone who is not only skilled but also passionate about digital marketing and training:

  • Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field.
  • Experience: At least three years of experience in a digital marketing role.
  • Skills: Strong project management skills, strategic thinking, and familiarity with marketing automation tools like PowerApps/Power Automate.
  • Knowledge: A good grasp of marketing reporting and fluency in strategy-based marketing and communications.
  • Presentation Skills: Confident in presenting and training others, with excellent verbal communication skills.
  • Technical Proficiency: Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power BI, MS CRM Power Apps, and other marketing automation tools.
