Job Description

We are seeking a talented Digital Marketing & Content Lead to develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies. This role focuses on enhancing brand awareness, driving website traffic, and generating leads. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of creativity and analytical skills, with expertise in content creation, social media management, SEO, and performance marketing. Strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of digital marketing trends are essential.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Marketing Strategy:

  • Develop and implement a multi-channel digital marketing strategy aligned with company goals.
  • Plan and manage campaigns across digital platforms, including social media, email, search engines, and display advertising.
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics to optimize campaigns and achieve KPIs.

Content Creation & Management:

  • Lead the creation of engaging content for digital channels, including blogs, social media, videos, and newsletters.
  • Develop and manage a content calendar, ensuring timely production and publication.
  • Ensure content aligns with the brand voice, messaging, and marketing objectives.

SEO & SEM:

  • Optimize website content for improved organic search rankings and increased traffic.
  • Manage pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns, including keyword research, ad creation, and performance analysis.
  • Stay updated with SEO and SEM trends and implement best practices.

Social Media Management:

  • Oversee the company’s social media presence across all platforms.
  • Develop and execute strategies to grow followers, increase engagement, and drive traffic.
  • Engage with the online community, responding to comments and inquiries promptly.

Email Marketing:

  • Design and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and retain customers.
  • Segment email lists and personalize messaging to enhance open rates and conversions.
  • Analyze campaign performance and implement improvements.

Analytics & Reporting:

  • Use analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media insights) to track campaign performance and generate reports.
  • Provide regular updates to senior management on marketing activities, performance, and ROI.
  • Continuously refine strategies based on data-driven insights.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
  • Experience: 5+ years in digital marketing, with expertise in content creation, SEO/SEM, and social media management.
  • Skills: Proven track record of successful digital marketing campaigns, strong understanding of digital tools and platforms, excellent communication skills.
  • Technical Knowledge: Proficiency with Google Analytics, AdWords, and social media management tools.
  • Additional Skills: Creative problem-solving abilities, experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems is a plus, and strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
