In this role, you will champion your projects, taking ownership of their success from inception to completion. Key Responsibilities

As a Program Analyst at F.I.T. Africa, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our mission to drive transformation across various sectors. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Program Management and Monitoring & Evaluation: Supporting program management efforts and contributing to the monitoring and evaluation of projects in collaboration with our partners.
  • Project Work: Engaging in a variety of projects within our core practice areas, including Leadership and Talent Development, Strategy & Organisational Development, Program Design & Delivery Support, Youth Development Practice, and Insight and Research.
  • Proposal Development: Crafting compelling business and technical proposals tailored to the needs of our diverse clientele.
  • Collaboration: Working with a team of analysts and consultants to prepare detailed reports, concept notes, policy documents, curriculum materials, and insightful presentations.
  • Business Development: Executing business development initiatives and contributing to the development of proposals that drive organizational growth.
  • Strategic Analysis: Providing in-depth analysis, reporting, and strategic insights to support informed decision-making processes.
  • Thought Leadership: Creating content for thought leadership blogs and platforms, contributing to F.I.T. Africa’s reputation as a leading voice in impact advisory.
  • Partner Collaboration: Working closely with our partners to ensure the successful execution of their initiatives, including program design, project delivery, technical review, and strategy implementation.
  • Administrative Support: Assisting with general administrative tasks to support the functioning and growth of the organization.
  • Training Design and Delivery: Designing and delivering training sessions as required to support program objectives.
  • Research and Analysis: Conducting comprehensive research and analysis on social impact initiatives, with a particular focus on youth development in Nigeria.

Eligibility for Program Analyst
