Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Asset Management: Book quality assets and monitor portfolios to detect early defaults.
- Customer Relations: Manage and deepen relationships with both existing and prospective customers.
- Account Acquisition: Win new accounts and reactivate dormant ones.
- Product Marketing: Promote the bank’s products to meet diverse customer needs.
- Product Development: Initiate the development of new products tailored to customer needs.
- Service Efficiency: Ensure efficient service delivery and maintenance of current customers.
- Account Monitoring: Maintain zero tolerance for inactive or dormant accounts.
- Additional Duties: Perform all other tasks as assigned by the Business Manager.
Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for the FirstBank Sales Academy Programme, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Educational Background: A good First Degree or its equivalent from a reputable institution, with a minimum of Second Class (Lower Division) or an HND (Upper Credit) in any discipline.
- Age Limit: Maximum of 30 years old by 30 June 2024.
- Experience: At least one (1) year of experience in sales/marketing within a Microfinance Bank or other financial institutions.
- Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Integrity: High ethical standards and integrity.
