Job Description

As a Graphic Designer & Administrative Officer, you will play a key role in supporting our operations both creatively and administratively. This unique position combines graphic design responsibilities with administrative tasks, providing a diverse and rewarding work experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Graphic Design: Create visually appealing graphics using tools like Canva. Your designs will be used for marketing, social media, and internal communications.
  • Social Media Management: Manage and update our social media platforms to enhance our online presence and engage with our audience.
  • Administrative Tasks: Handle various administrative duties, including scheduling, correspondence, and office management, to support the smooth operation of our business.


To be considered for this role, you should meet the following criteria:

  • Graphic Design Skills: Proven experience as a computer graphic designer with proficiency in Canva or similar graphic design tools. A portfolio of your previous designs is required.
  • Social Media Savvy: Experience managing social media platforms, with a good understanding of how to engage and grow an online audience.
  • Multitasking Ability: Ability to juggle graphic design tasks with administrative responsibilities efficiently.
  • Educational Background: A graduate is preferred for this vacancy.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Team Player: Ability to work well in a team environment and support various departments as needed.
