Job Summary
As a Graphic Designer at mDoc Healthcare, you will be responsible for creating visually engaging designs that align with our brand and communication strategies. This role involves designing a wide range of marketing materials, digital assets, and print collateral. You will collaborate closely with the communications team to develop creative solutions that effectively convey mDoc’s message. Your ability to translate complex concepts into captivating visuals, combined with a strong understanding of design principles, branding, and user experience, will be essential to your success in this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Visual Consistency: Create and maintain a consistent visual style across all platforms and materials.
- Design Projects: Work on digital and print projects, ensuring high-quality execution while adhering to deadlines.
- Industry Awareness: Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate new design techniques and tools into your work.
- Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing creativity with efficiency.
- Creative Collaboration: Provide creative input and feedback to enhance the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and promotional materials.
- Final Design Preparation: Prepare designs for print and digital distribution, ensuring all outputs are accurate and of high quality.
Job Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- Experience: Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and creativity.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva, and other relevant design tools.
- Design Expertise: Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and branding.
- Digital Design: Experience with digital design, including web and social media graphics, is preferred.
- Time Management: Strong time-management skills with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
