Qualifications & Experience
To ensure we bring the best talent on board, we have outlined the following qualifications and experience for the Lecturer II position:
- Educational Background: A Ph.D. degree in the relevant field is ideal. However, candidates with a master’s degree and at least 3 years of relevant experience in teaching, research, and administration in a recognized university are also encouraged to apply.
- Publications: A minimum of 2 journal publications in reputable academic journals is required.
- Skills:
- Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
- The capability to prioritize tasks effectively, work independently, and meet deadlines.
- Professional Affiliation: Membership with a relevant professional body.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in MS Office Packages and video conferencing tools such as Microsoft Teams is essential.
