Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Frontend Developer who will be responsible for creating visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces. You will work closely with software engineers, product managers, and designers to build an interface that meets our users’ expectations. This role offers the opportunity to work in a fast-growing entrepreneurial atmosphere and gain insights into the inner workings of startups.
Key Responsibilities
- Interface Development: Create visually appealing, user-friendly interfaces for Luxehub’s platform.
- Collaboration: Work closely with software engineers, product managers, and designers to ensure the interface meets user expectations.
- Startup Environment: Thrive in a fast-growing, entrepreneurial atmosphere with a flat, inclusive team structure.
- Innovation: Contribute innovative ideas and participate actively in team discussions.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years in Frontend Development or a similar role with a strong portfolio in consumer experiences across mobile and web.
- Technical Skills: Mastery of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Extensive experience with modern front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
- UI/UX Collaboration: Proven track record of working with UI/UX designers to implement complex and aesthetically pleasing user interfaces.
- Responsive Design: Expertise in creating responsive and mobile-friendly designs.
- Architecture: Ability to design and implement scalable and maintainable front-end architectures.
- Testing and Debugging: Proficiency in testing frameworks and debugging tools.
- Performance Optimization: Proven track record of optimizing front-end performance for large-scale applications.
- Version Control: Familiarity with Git and other version control systems.
- Cross-Browser Compatibility: Expertise in ensuring compatibility across different browsers.
- Security Best Practices: In-depth understanding of security best practices for applications.
- Problem Solving: Ability to excel in complex problem spaces, ask important questions, and bring clarity to teams.
- Action-Oriented: Bias for action – speed matters in business.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills with the ability to present and justify engineering decisions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Leadership: Strong facilitator capable of leading and collaborating across various functions.
- Self-motivated: Creative, solutions-focused team player with excellent leadership, judgment, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
