Job Details

• Salary Range: $150k – $200k

Key Responsibilities

• Visual Content Creation: Design and create engaging digital and print materials, including website graphics, social media visuals, marketing collateral, logos, icons, and presentations.
• Brand Identity Development: Ensure consistency in visual elements and brand guidelines, contributing to the development and maintenance of the company’s brand identity.
• User Interface (UI) Design: Work with UI/UX designers to create user-friendly and aesthetically pleasing interfaces for software, websites, and applications.
• Illustration: Develop custom illustrations and infographics to convey complex information or concepts.
• Image and Photo Editing: Enhance and retouch photographs, product images, and visuals for marketing and promotional purposes.
• Typography: Select and apply appropriate fonts and typography to maintain a consistent and visually appealing look in all design materials.
• Print Design: Create designs for brochures, flyers, posters, business cards, and other print materials, ensuring they meet all print specifications.
• Multimedia Design: Work on video graphics, animations, and interactive content as needed.
• Collaboration: Collaborate with marketing, product development, and web development teams to understand project requirements and deliver designs that align with business goals.

Requirements

• Design Software Proficiency: Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design tools.
• Creativity: Strong creative and artistic skills to conceptualize and execute innovative design ideas.
• Attention to Detail: Keen attention to detail to ensure designs are pixel-perfect and adhere to brand guidelines.
• Communication Skills: Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and understand project requirements.
• Time Management: Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced tech environment.
• Adaptability: Willingness to adapt to changing design trends and technologies, and an openness to learning new skills.
• Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work and demonstrating the ability to create visually compelling materials.
