Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Social Media Manager to lead social media efforts for one of our cutting-edge B2C AI products. This product is revolutionizing AI role-playing apps in the USA, offering digital companions that bring users’ fantasies to life.
Key Responsibilities
- Content Strategy: Develop and implement content strategies for platforms like TikTok, Instagram, Reddit, and Twitter.
- Content Creation and Scheduling: Create, schedule, and post engaging content.
- Community Management: Engage with followers and manage community interactions.
- Influencer Collaboration: Partner with influencers for brand promotions.
- Performance Analysis: Analyze metrics and optimize social media campaigns.
- Brand Consistency: Ensure consistency in brand voice and messaging.
- Collaborative Marketing: Work with internal teams to integrate marketing efforts.
Qualifications and Experience
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in social media management, particularly for the USA market.
- Portfolio: A proven portfolio showcasing completed projects with KPIs and results (please include a link with your application).
- Strategic Planning: Ability to develop long-term social media strategies.
- Budget Management: Experience in creating and managing campaign budgets, and setting project KPIs.
- Analytics: Proficiency in using social media analytics tools.
- Adaptability: Understanding of social media trends and situational marketing.
- Copywriting: Strong skills in creating compelling and persuasive content.
- Competitive Analysis: Ability to analyze competitors and leverage their strengths and weaknesses.
- Digital Persona Creation: Experience in creating digital personas is a plus.
- Language Skills: Fluency in English at a C1+ level.
