Job Summary
As a Social Media Management Intern, you will play a key role in crafting engaging content, managing posts, and interacting with followers across our social media platforms. Your efforts will help shape and maintain our company’s online presence, contributing to our overall marketing objectives. Success in this role requires staying current with digital technologies and social media trends, possessing excellent communication skills, and creatively representing our company’s views.
Responsibilities
- Content Creation: Develop, share, and manage engaging content in various formats (e.g., text, images, videos).
- Strategy Execution: Design and execute social media strategies aligned with business goals.
- Campaign Analysis: Monitor, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of social media campaigns.
- Social Media Presence: Expand and sustain our social media presence.
- SEO Monitoring: Monitor SEO and user engagement, suggesting content optimization strategies.
- Brand Consistency: Collaborate with other teams to ensure brand consistency.
- Follower Interaction: Interact with followers, respond promptly to queries, and monitor customer reviews.
- Account Design: Oversee the design of social media accounts (e.g., cover images, profile pictures, layouts).
- Trend Research: Research current benchmark trends and audience preferences.
- Best Practices: Stay updated with the latest social media best practices and technologies.
Requirements and Skills
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in Social Media Management or a related role.
- Creativity: Highly creative, with experience in identifying target audiences and creating digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate.
- Content Delivery: Ability to deliver creative content in text, image, and video formats.
- Design Proficiency: Proficiency in at least one design tool (e.g., Canva).
- Content Management: Hands-on experience in content management.
- SEO Knowledge: Solid knowledge of SEO, keyword research, and Google Analytics.
- Marketing Channels: Familiarity with online marketing channels.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach.
- Communication: Excellent copywriting and communication skills.
- Attention to Detail: High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Salary
N30,000 – N40,000 Monthly.
