Responsibilities of Social Media Manager
- Research and Analysis: Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences.
- Strategy Development: Design and implement social media strategy to align with business goals.
- Content Creation: Generate, edit, publish, and share engaging content daily (e.g., original text, photos, videos, and news).
- Collaboration: Collaborate with other teams, such as marketing, sales, and customer service, to ensure brand consistency.
- Community Management: Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner, and monitor customer reviews.
- Account Design: Oversee social media accounts’ design (e.g., Facebook timeline cover, profile pictures, and blog layout).
- Brand Awareness: Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions.
- Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools, and applications.
Requirements and Skills
- Experience: Proven work experience as a social media manager.
- Content Management: Hands-on experience in content management.
- Copywriting: Excellent copywriting skills.
- Experience Level: 2 – 3 years
- Skills: Good to have social media manager skills.
Salary
N180,000 – N200,000 Monthly.
