Job Description
The Blue Internship Program is a flagship initiative of the Stanbic IBTC Group, meticulously crafted to build capacity and develop young talent within our organization. This intensive program offers a unique platform for undergraduates who are passionate about their career growth and eager to gain hands-on experience in the banking industry. Preferred Qualifications and Experience
To be considered for the Blue Internship Program, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- A minimum of 5 credits, including Mathematics and English, in GCE, NECO, or an equivalent qualification.
- A minimum CGPA of 3.5, or equivalent to a 2:1 classification.
- Completion of at least one year of undergraduate studies in a relevant field.
- Demonstrated innovative thinking and the ability to generate creative solutions.
- Strong analytical skills and a proactive approach to learning and development.
