This initiative continues Stanbic IBTC’s commitment to supporting the dreams and aspirations of Nigerian youths through various educational and developmental activities such as the Youth Leadership Series (YLS) and the Higher Institution Football League (HIFL).
Scholarship Overview
The Stanbic IBTC University Scholarship is designed to encourage hard work and academic excellence among Nigerian undergraduates. This opportunity is open to students who participated in the 2023 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) and have secured admission into any state or federal university in Nigeria.

Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for the Stanbic IBTC University Scholarship 2024, applicants must:
- Be Nigerian citizens.
- Have participated in the 2023 UTME and scored a minimum of 250.
- Have gained admission into any Nigerian state or federal university.
- Have a minimum of 5 credits, including Mathematics and English Language, in the O’Level exams (WAEC, NECO, or GCE).
Required Documents
Applicants must submit the following documents:
- Recent Passport Photograph: JPEG format, not more than 200KB.
- Valid ID Card: NIN slip, voter’s card, birth certificate, or international passport (PDF format, not more than 200KB).
- 2023 UTME Result: Showing a minimum score of 250 (PDF format, not more than 200KB).
- O’Level Result: Valid Statement of Result or Certificate (PDF format, not more than 200KB).
- JAMB or University Admission Letter: (PDF format, not more than 200KB).
