Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Tech Sales Manager to spearhead our B2B sales initiatives. This role involves selling technology services to businesses, including OEM solutions, fintech products, and lead generation services. As the Tech Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing a sales team, and developing strategies to penetrate target markets. Key Responsibilities

  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the B2B sector. Leverage your industry knowledge and network to generate leads, close deals, and enhance market presence, focusing on OEM and fintech solutions.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders. Understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions across technology services, including OEM and fintech products.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market penetration. Communicate the value proposition of our technology services portfolio effectively to potential customers.
  • Product Demonstrations and Proposals: Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and proposals. Address customer concerns and objections to facilitate successful sales conversions.
  • Sales Pipeline Management: Manage the sales pipeline efficiently, tracking leads, opportunities, and deals through various stages using CRM tools. Forecast sales projections accurately and identify potential risks and opportunities.
  • Market Analysis: Stay updated on market trends, competitive landscape, and industry developments, particularly in fintech and OEM sectors. Gather market intelligence to inform sales strategies and identify growth opportunities.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and product teams to develop targeted campaigns, promotional activities, and product enhancements based on customer feedback and market insights.

Qualifications

  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA is preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B sales, with a focus on technology services, OEM solutions, and fintech products.
  • Sales Expertise: Proven track record of success in driving revenue growth, exceeding sales targets, and excelling in lead generation.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and team management abilities, with a talent for motivating and inspiring a sales team to achieve targets.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to articulate complex technology solutions, including OEM and fintech products, clearly and effectively.

  • Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in CRM tools and sales analytics software for effective pipeline management and performance tracking.
