Overview
The Tomorrow Leaders Scholarship 2025, sponsored by the U.S. Department of State’s U.S.-Middle East Partnership Initiative (MEPI), offers fully funded scholarships for both undergraduate and graduate students from the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region. Scholarship Details
The scholarship covers all expenses associated with studying at participating U.S.-accredited universities in the MENA region, including:

- Accommodation and student housing
- Travel costs including two round-trip tickets per year to the home country

- Laptop provided for the duration of the program

Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for the Tomorrow Leaders Scholarship 2025, applicants must meet the following requirements:
- Must be citizens of a Middle Eastern or North African country.
- For undergraduate applicants: Current high school students or graduates from 2024.
- Applicants with refugee status from eligible countries are encouraged to apply.
- Must have an academic history with an average of 80% or higher.
- Evaluation criteria include academic history, English language proficiency, leadership potential, and socioeconomic background.

Required Documents
Applicants must submit a complete application, including:
- Application Form: All sections must be completed.
- Personal Statement: A 500-word essay or a 5-6 minute video addressing one of three provided prompts.
- Social Responsibility Essay: A 500-word essay on a given topic.
- Official Transcripts:
- For undergraduates: Grades 10, 11, and 12 (if available) transcripts and graduation certificate.
- For graduates: Undergraduate transcripts and degree certificate.
- Unofficial translations should be provided if documents are not in English.
- Extracurricular Activities: Documentation of volunteer work or extracurricular involvement.
- Financial Statement: Specific to the Tomorrow Leaders application.
- English Assessment Results: An online English assessment completed during the application process.
- Recommendations: Two recommendations submitted through the application system.
Additional Requirements: If selected for the next round, applicants must provide English proficiency scores from TOEFL, IELTS, SAT I, or SAT II (for those who attended American-style high schools).
