Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, achieving sales goals, and building and maintaining strong relationships with clients. A deep understanding of our product offerings, excellent communication skills, and a results-oriented mindset are essential for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Identify and reach out to potential customers through cold calling, networking, and other methods.
- Sales Presentation: Present, promote, and sell our products to prospective and existing customers.
- Relationship Management: Maintain positive business relationships to ensure repeat sales and customer loyalty.
- Sales Targets: Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within specified deadlines.
- Coordination: Collaborate with team members and other departments to optimize sales efforts.
- Market Analysis: Analyze market potential, track sales, and report on sales activities.
- Continuous Improvement: Seek feedback and engage in self-driven learning to improve performance.
Qualifications
- Experience: Proven work experience as a sales representative.
- Technical Skills: Excellent knowledge of MS Office; familiarity with CRM practices.
- Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Motivation: Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven.
- Education: HND or equivalent; a Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field is an advantage.
