Role Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. As a Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and enhancing customer relationships. You will be responsible for achieving sales targets, engaging with customers, and promoting Mechanic on the Go’s services across Lagos.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve designated sales targets by actively promoting and selling Mechanic on the Go’s services.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers through regular follow-ups and excellent customer service.
  • Provide timely feedback on competitor activities and market trends.
  • Collaborate with marketing executives on sales promotions and marketing activities.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Adhere to established pricing policies and avoid unnecessary discounting.
  • Maintain and update the customer database to track sales activities and customer interactions.
  • Respond promptly and efficiently to all incoming sales inquiries.
  • Follow up with existing customers to generate referral prospects and expand the customer base.
  • Demonstrate the strengths of our products and services to potential clients.
  • Ensure timely delivery of all vehicles and services as promised to customers.
  • Handle customer complaints professionally and respond promptly to feedback to maintain a positive company image.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • 2 to 5 years of experience in sales, preferably within the automobile industry.
  • Strong customer service skills and a passion for sales.
  • Awareness of market trends and competitive intelligence in the automobile sector in Nigeria.
  • In-depth knowledge of the Nigerian automobile market.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers.
  • Well-groomed and professional appearance.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales goals.
