Job Summary:
As a Receptionist at TeamAce Limited, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, guests, and team members. Your role will involve managing front desk operations, handling administrative tasks, and maintaining smooth communication within the office. Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and direct visitors, clients, and guests in a professional and courteous manner, while maintaining a tidy and presentable front desk area.
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls, take messages when necessary, and manage scheduling for meetings, appointments, and reservations.
  • Oversee office supplies inventory, place orders when needed, and assist with travel arrangements for staff and visitors.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a receptionist or front desk role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Familiarity with office management software and phone systems.
