Key Responsibilities
- Design visually engaging graphics for various digital and print media, including websites, social media, brochures, advertisements, and presentations.
- Develop creative concepts and design layouts that reflect the company’s brand identity.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing, product development, and other departments to understand project requirements and deliver designs that meet business objectives.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to contribute fresh design ideas and perspectives.
- Ensure all designs adhere to the company’s branding guidelines and standards.
- Update and maintain visual assets, including logos, fonts, and color schemes.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.
- Pursue continuous learning through training, workshops, and conferences to enhance skills.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of professional experience in graphic design.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Familiarity with web design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD is an advantage.
- A strong portfolio showcasing diverse creative projects.
- Excellent grasp of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Experience with motion graphics and video editing software (e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro).
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and web development concepts.
- Experience in branding and identity design.
