Our client, a leading provider of financial technology solutions, is looking to recruit Sales Executives to join their dynamic team. The company’s flagship product is a public payroll system that simplifies salary disbursements and financial management for government ministries, departments, and agencies (MDAs). Their latest innovation, a USSD channel (*5858#), offers MDA employees a quick and convenient way to access payroll services.
As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for promoting this product, driving sales growth, and fostering strong relationships with clients. You will play a key role in executing marketing plans and achieving personal and team sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve personal and team sales targets by promoting the company’s payroll product.
- Research accounts and generate new sales leads or follow up on existing ones.
- Provide regular feedback and reports to management on sales performance.
- Maintain and expand the client database within your designated territory.
- Foster and maintain positive relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Education: A minimum of OND (Ordinary National Diploma).
- Skills:
- Strong communication and networking abilities.
- A passion for sales with a good understanding of commercial trends and marketing strategies.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
