Roles and Responsibilities:
As an ExxonMobil intern, your responsibilities will include:

  • Pre-packing of drugs and arranging them in appropriate dispensary shelves.
  • Assisting pharmacists in dispensing drugs and counseling patients on their use.
  • Supporting pharmacists in administrative tasks such as compiling requisitions, inputting drugs received into the system, and maintaining records.
  • Conducting stock taking, recording drugs received into bin cards, and managing inventory.
  • Unpacking, shelving, and packaging drugs, and preparing them for shipment to various locations.
  • Assisting in quarterly stock taking and recording invoices into appropriate registers.
  • Preparing cargo manifests for shipments and filing relevant documents.
  • Undertaking any other duties as assigned by the head of pharmacy.

Eligibility Requirements:
To be considered for the ExxonMobil Graduate Internship, applicants must meet the following criteria:

  • A Bachelor of Science degree in Pharmacy with a minimum of a Second Class Upper division.
  • Completion of NYSC within the last 2 years.
  • Registered as a member of the Pharmacy Council of Nigeria (PCN).

Preferred Skills and Experience:

  • Strong interpersonal and problem-resolution skills.
  • Excellent communication and counseling abilities.
  • Commitment to high standards of work and timeliness.
  • Proficiency in computer software and email applications.
  • Effective presentation skills.
