Role Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and tech-savvy Virtual Assistant to support our recruitment team. This role is perfect for a recent graduate looking to immerse themselves in a dynamic and supportive environment. As a Virtual Assistant, you will play a key role in managing administrative tasks, supporting our recruitment efforts, and ensuring effective communication between candidates and hiring managers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the recruitment process from the initial candidate contact to the final hiring stages, ensuring a seamless experience for all parties.
  • Manage job postings, screen resumes, and schedule interviews through Microsoft Teams.
  • Maintain and update candidate databases, handling all confidential information with the utmost discretion.
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support, including document preparation and calendar management.
  • Coordinate virtual events, webinars, and recruitment campaigns to enhance engagement with potential candidates.
  • Maintain clear and consistent communication with candidates to ensure a positive and professional experience throughout the recruitment process.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field (preferred majors: Human Resources, Business Administration, or IT-related disciplines).
  • Availability to work 40 hours per week, totaling 172 hours per month.
  • Previous experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar administrative role, particularly in remote settings.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and effectively.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft 365 Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Microsoft Teams.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and thrive in a fast-paced remote work environment.
