Qualifications
Management Trainees:
- A Master’s degree in Finance, Human Resources Management, Supply Chain, Marketing, or related fields.
- Work experience ranging from 0-3 years.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
Technical Trainees:
- A Higher National Diploma (HND) in Engineering fields such as Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, Chemistry, Computer Science, or related disciplines.
- Fresh graduates who have completed their National Youth Service Corps (NYSC).
- Technical aptitude and a passion for innovation.
General Requirements:
- Willingness to relocate and work in various locations throughout the duration of the program.
